Mr. Tandon is a co-founder of the firm and currently serves as President of Emissary Capital, LLC, based in New York City. Prior to joining Emissary Capital, Mr. Tandon served as Vice President in the equity capital markets group of Maxim Group LLC where he led the firm's equity syndicate effort with respect to PIPEs, registered IPOs and follow-on offerings. In his role at Maxim Group, Mr. Tandon provided client service and transaction management services to a broad range of Maxim Group's corporate and institutional clients and has considerable experience in equity and equity linked transactions, both public and private. In his career, Mr. Tandon has completed more than fifty private and public transactions, raising proceeds in excess of $1 billion for both U.S. and foreign issuers.
