Mr. Tandon is a co-founder of the firm and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Emissary Capital, LLC, based in New York City. Mr. Tandon is an expert with respect to working with emerging growth, small capitalization companies, and has particular expertise relating to the Chinese and Indian emerging markets. He has been involved in numerous business transactions relating to such companies.

Mr. Tandon began his business career as a corporate attorney for several prominent international Wall Street law firms including White & Case and Thacher Proffitt, resident in each firm's New York offices. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, a postgraduate degree in law from the New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law. He also remains a duly licensed attorney in the United States in the states of New York and Connecticut, and has considerable expertise relating to securities laws and corporate governance matters.
